In early 2013 as Blaze Midwest, Inc. we entered the rapidly growing Fast Casual Dining category and opened our first location in the heart of downtown Royal Oak, Michigan.  Since then, Blaze Midwest, Inc. has grown to eight locations in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio, with development planned for more than 15 locations by the end of 2017.
